About the same value as a Puch I bought while I was in college, the CZ, the Jawa, and the other no names I used to tinker with. To a collector, whatever they can get it for, to your average scooter bum, they have no value, although $100 is about the actual value. You can forget about finding parts, but send me the cover measurements if you get it as another beater project, and I'll make you up a set.
